When you post a public review, you’ll receive:

• Level 1: 20% discount for posts from personal accounts with 100 - 10,000 followers
• Level 2: Voucher for a 90-minute Herbal Signature Massage for accounts with 10,000+ followers

Important Notes:

► Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash value at the time of service payment.

► Rewards and benefits are calculated per participating individual, not per total bill or group.

2. WHO CAN JOIN?

► The program applies to all customers who use any service at Herbal Spa during the promotion period.

3. PROGRAM DURATION

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Step 1: Enjoy any service at Herbal Spa during the promotion period. (This offer applies to all customers, whether you book directly, via our website, or on platforms like TripAdvisor, Klook, and more.)

Step 2: Capture your moments:

Choose one of the following options:

• Images: Snap moments before, during or after your service (treatment rooms, spa ambiance, herbal products, therapies, etc.).
• Short Video (25 - 90s): Record your journey or impressions at Herbal Spa. This can be a vlog, review, or an emotional clip (e.g., ASMR, POV, Before-After).

Step 3: Edit and publish your post publicly with a caption of at least 30 words, including the hashtags #HerbalSpaReview #SpaDanang

Important Notes on Posting:

• Facebook: A valid entry must include a check-in at one of our locations: Herbal Spa (201 Duong Dinh Nghe, Son Tra, Da Nang), Herbal Boutique Spa (90 Duong Dinh Nghe, Son Tra, Da Nang), or Herbal Spa Hoi An (139 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoi An).
• Instagram: A valid entry must tag @herbalspa.danang in the caption.
• For customers visiting Herbal Spa Hoi An, the required hashtag cluster must be: #HerbalSpaReview #SpaHoian

6.  POST REQUIREMENTS

► Content must reflect an authentic experience at Herbal Spa and must not include offensive, sensitive, or violate community standards, or copyright.

► Posts must remain public for at least 1 month.

► Captions must contain 30+ words with the hashtags #HerbalSpaReview #SpaDanang (or #SpaHoian for Hoi An).

► Anyone appearing in the photo/video must give consent.

► To ensure guest privacy, the use of recording devices in treatment rooms is strictly minimized.

► Herbal Spa reserves the right to reuse valid entries for marketing, promotion, or internal training without additional copyright fees.

7. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

► Participants must use their personal, authentic account, active within the last 6 months.

► Posts from fake, cloned, or newly-created accounts (created after Sept 26, 2025) solely for participation will not be accepted.

► Each person may join using only one identity/account.

► Posts violating any conditions above will be considered invalid.

8. GENERAL TERMS

► Herbal Spa may change, pause, or end the program without prior notice in case of force majeure.
